Application: By signing below, you as participant (“Participant”) agree that Orenda Fink Depth Coaching has accepted you in the Individuation program automatically making this Agreement (“Agreement”) a binding contract between you and the Company. You acknowledge that you have read, agree to and accept all of the Program terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Scheduling: You will be sent a link to schedule your first session. You can use that link to schedule your sessions each month. Select a consistent day and time to help you remember your sessions and maximize your growth. Coaching sessions begin and end promptly. If you are more than ten minutes late, the rescheduling policy will apply. Rescheduling: Contact me immediately by email with any rescheduling request (more than 48 hours before your session). If you have to reschedule a session, your payments will continue normally because they are automated. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be rescheduled but will result in session forfeiture. Keep in mind that postponing your sessions postpones your progress, and it may be difficult to find an alternative day/time that is convenient for you. Think of each coaching session as similar to an important doctor’s appointment. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is sometimes a sign of resistance, often caused by fear or unwillingness to face a particular problem. This resistance is a normal part of the mentoring process. However, we cannot be more committed to your growth than you are. As a result, we reserve the right to terminate your enrollment in this program after 3 rescheduling requests for the same appointment. Confidentiality: We respect your confidentiality and must insist you respect ours. By signing this document, you agree not to infringe on the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights. This Program involves you receiving written materials. Distribution, reproduction or sale of any materials provided to you by the Company is strictly prohibited. We will honor your confidentiality unless required by law to disclose any information. Payment: Participant agrees to compensate company for fee in payments described below (the “Fee”) for enrollment in their selected Program as delineated herein Exhibit A or B. “Shadow Work” package: 3 installments of $240. Each installment is due every 14 days. (Exhibit A) “Individuation” package: 6 installments of $240. Each installment is due every 30 days. (Exhibit B) By signing below, you authorize the Company to charge your credit/debit card as payment for your participation in the program. You agree that you are responsible for full payment for the entire program, regardless of whether you complete the Program. Payments will appear on your credit card statement under the name ORENDAFINKCOACHING.COM. Participants paying via recurring billing are charged immediately for the first month and then every 30 days thereafter during which they are Coaching Program members. If you skip a payment or for some reason the credit card is declined, member is responsible for providing an alternate payment method within five business days or the program will be automatically discontinued. Sessions will not be scheduled unless payment is made in advance. Responsibility: Participant accepts and agrees that she/he is 100% responsible for her/his progress and results of the Program. Participant commits to accepting assignments/exercises/sessions presented by Company and to participate fully. Company is not responsible for Participant’s failure in applying the program as directed. Program Length: You agree to participate in a 6 month private coaching program with Orenda Fink Coaching. The program officially commences immediately upon your initial payment and ends three months to the date of the first payment. Program package is outlined in Exhibits A and B. Participant is responsible for scheduling sessions. Any unused sessions will be forfeited after the program ends. Medical or Psychological Conditions: In the event of any medical or psychological emergency contact 911 immediately. Orenda Fink is not qualified to render medical or psychiatric diagnoses or treatment. If you are struggling with depression, substance abuse, other addictions, or any other behavior that may affect your safety or the safety of someone else, consult a qualified professional for treatment immediately.
